The honest fine print
The Clean-Car Guarantee requires you to notify staff before leaving the property; the Rain Check applies to measurable rainfall within 48 hours at the washed vehicle’s location and covers a re-wash of the same package, not a refund. Guarantees apply to standard washes in normal conditions and exclude pre-existing damage.
Our soft-foam and soft-felt system is designed to be gentle, but no automated wash is entirely risk-free on damaged, peeling, aftermarket, or improperly maintained surfaces. Vehicles with loose trim, prior damage, or wraps under 7 days old wash at the owner’s discretion. We inspect and will decline a vehicle we believe is unsafe to wash.
Our tunnels use a water-reclamation system that filters and re-uses a substantial portion of wash water; reclamation percentages are illustrative for this template and vary by location and equipment. We operate consistent with local water-discharge and EPA stormwater guidance.
